Thickened Optical Linear Scale With 60m/min Max. Working Speed 5μm Resolution
Features:
* Enclosed linear scale can effectively prevent dust, the chip and the splash of cutting fluid, is the ideal choice for machine tools.
* Aluminum casing and seal soft article can protect the linear scale, the scanning unit and orbit ; it also can protect from the influence of dust, chip, and cutting fluid.
* Built-in scanning unit friction force is little, installed in the motion of orbit on the linear scale. It is connected with the installation of external frame through a connecting shaft, which can compensate the linear scale and machine for positive error which is inevitable between the tracks.
* The structure of the enclosed linear scale is standard grating feet shell that is suitable for high vibration frequency and the maximum measured length of 1000 mm, compact and grating ruler shell is suitable for the installation of the small space, the maximum measured length is 600 mm, and the thickened linear scale length can reach 3000 mm.
